WHITEFISH — Clark State and Rocky Mountain College student-athletes were selected Frontier Conference Volleyball Players of the Week, the league announced today.
Attacker of the Week: Tori Edwards, Lewis-Clark State,
Edwards is a 6-foot sophomore right side hitter from Twin Falls, Idaho. Lewis-Clark State went 1-1 on a weekend conference road trip. The Warriors lost at No.23 Rocky Mountain College 1-3 and downed Montana Western 3-1. Edwards averaged 3.75 kills per set with a .261 attack percentage. She had a career-high seven digs against Montana Western.

Defender of the Week: Ayla Embry, Rocky Mountain College
Embry is a 5-4 freshman libero from Bozeman. No. 23 Rocky stayed unbeaten in conference play with two home wins. The Battlin’ Bears swept No. 18 Montana Tech 3-0 and downed Lewis-Clark State 3-1. In a non-conference match, Rocky fell to MSU-Billings 2-3. Embry averaged 4.75 digs per set. She recorded a serving percentage of 93 percent.

Setter of the Week: Natalie Hilderman, Rocky Mountain College
Hilderman is a 6-1 junior setter from Red Lodge. Over the weekend, Hilderman averaged 9.58 assists and 3.17 digs per set.
