Butte High at Missoula Big Sky, 7 p.m.
The Bulldogs look to stay hot as they head to Missoula to take on the Eagles in a Western AA match.
Butte High, which is coming off Tuesday’s Senior Night sweep of Missoula Hellgate, swept Big Sky when the teams met Sept. 14 at the Butte Civic Center. Butte won 25-14, 25-13, 25-7 that night.
College volleyball
Montana Tech at Providence, 7 p.m.
The No. 17 Orediggers hit the road to begin their second trip through the Frontier Conference against the No. 9 Argos.
Providence beat Tech in four sets when the teams opened the conference season Sept. 24 in Butte. The Orediggers begin the second half at 3-2 in league play and 17-7 overall. Providence is 5-0 and 18-2.
NA3HL hockey
Butte at Great Falls, 7:30 p.m.
The Cobras will be on the road for the first of two weekend NA3HL Frontier Division games.
Butte enters the weekend at 3-6-2. The Americans are 5-3-2. The Cobras will be home to take on the unbeaten Helena Bighorns at 7 p.m. Saturday.
