ANACONDA — The Frenchtown Broncs are still the queens of the Class A diamond.
Frenchtown beat Belgrade twice Saturday to win the Class A State softball tournament at the Charlotte Yeoman-Martin Complex.
The Broncs knocked off the Panthers 7-5 in the semifinal game on Friday. Belgrade battled back to beat Polson 13-7 in the third-place game to another shot in the championship game.
The Broncs made short work of Belgrade in the title game, winning 11-1 in five innings.
Earlier Saturday, Polson beat Hamilton 8-7 in a loser-out game.
