Kayden Dziak and Joslyn Klapan rolled their way to scratch all-events titles at the 15th Annual USBC Youth City Championships bowling tournament this past weekend at Star Lanes.

The tournament featured 79 youth competitors over all the divisions. The young bowlers not only competed for a place on the podium but they also competed for scholarships. The Handicapped All-Events winners (boys and girls) in each division received a $50 scholarship.  In addition, this year the Jack Tresidder participation award for a $50 scholarship was awarded to one boy and one girl.  For every event a participant bowled, they entered into a random drawing, this allowed everyone at every skill level to have an opportunity to win a scholarship.

The Jack Tresidder Participation $50 Scholarship winners were Sydney Keller for girls and Laine Lowder for boys.  Tresidder was a long time Butte bowler and youth bowling supporter who passed away in 2019.
