KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Montana Tech’s men’s basketball team keeps moving on up.
Two weeks after cracking the NAIA Men’s Basketball Coaches’ Top 25 Poll for the first time, the Orediggers jumped up six spots to No. 14. The latest addition of the poll was released today.
The Orediggers went 4-0 since the last poll was released and are currently on a nine-game win streak. Tech holds a half game lead above Carroll College in the Frontier Conference standings.
The Saints moved up on spot in the recent poll and are ranked No. 11.
Only three games remain in the regular season for the Orediggers. Tech travels to Helena Thursday to take on Carroll College. A victory would give Tech at least a share of their first Frontier Conference regular-season title since 1993. The Orediggers will play host to the University of Providence Saturday at the HPER Complex.
