Last weekend it was the Metra in Billings.
This weekend, it will be the Butte Civic Center that will be the wrestling center of the world as nearly 900 wrestlers converge on the Mining City for the Cyclops Folkstyle Wrestling Tournament.
The Mining City Middle School Tournament will add an additional 300 wrestlers on Saturday.
Saturday’s action will see the younger competitors in the Cyclops tournament. Sunday will be the older wrestler’s turn to compete.
Action begins at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday.
The tournament, hosted by the Butte Wrestling Club, is named in honor for legendary Butte youth wrestling coach Don Tamietti.
