The seventh Crossroads Shootout basketball tournament will be held April 4-6 in Butte.
The tournament, which is a benefit for Mariah’s Challenge, will use seven gyms throughout the Mining City. The entry deadline has been extended until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1.
The tournament has grown in each of its first six years. Last year’s field included 64 teams. Tournament director Mike Bauer said his goal is 75 teams this year.
Cash prizes will be awarded in the men’s open, women’s open and men’s B divisions. High school divisions are guaranteed four games. Adult teams are guaranteed three.
MVPs and All-Stars will be recognized.
