Cook has short night in Wildcats rout

WAHPETON, N.D.  — Dallas Cook needed less a quarter of work Thursday night as his North Dakota State College of Science Wildcats rolled to a 66-0 victory over the Mayville State JV team.

The former Butte High Bulldog completed 9 of 13 passes for 125 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for a 16-yard scored before being pulled from the game with his team leading 33-0 with 1 minute left in the first quarter.

In all, nine different Wildcats scored as the team rolled to a 2-0 record.

NDSCS is back in action Sept. 6 when they travel to Virginia, Minnesota to take on Masabi Range Community College.
