Another night, another tough home loss for the Butte Cobras.
Saturday night, the Cobras dropped a 6-5 NA3HL Frontier Division game to the Missoula Junior Bruins at the Butte Community Ice Center. (Stats)
The Cobras made a run at the Junior Bruins, with Zane Cluphf scoring off a Randy Yeakley assist in the final minute to cut the lead to one. Each team scored three goals in the final period.
Mi-Kwan Tallman scored twice for Missoula. Gabe Gifford, Pablo Frank, Liam Bland and Cayce Balk each added one goal.
Nick Bradshaw scored two goals to lead the Cobras. Kyler Garsjo and Yeakley joined Cluphf with one. Cluphf, Clayton Rohner and Robin Bagley each registered two assists.
The Cobras hit the road next week for a Saturday-night game against the Yellowstone Quake in Cody, Wyoming.
