Semi A — Corvallis/Columbia Falls-Sidney winner at Butte Central/Hamilton-Belgrade winner

Semi B — Laurel/Lewistown-Dillon winner at Miles City/Billings Central-Polson winner

Championship, November 19

Note — In the case of two teams from the same conference playing each other, the higher-seeded team will be the home team.

The MHSA recommended time for playoff games in 1 p.m. on Saturday. Friday night games and different times may be arranged by agreement of the schools involved through permission from the MHSA.
