Belt rolls to Class C girls title

HAMILTON — This game was never in doubt.

Belt outscored Hinsdale 28-9 in the first quarter, and the Huskies rolled to a 63-18 win in the championship game of the Class C State girls’ basketball tournament.

Katie Fertterer scored 24 points to lead the way. Addy Martin poured in 11.

Whitney Molina scored seven points to lead Hinsdale, which was held to single digits in all four quarters.
