The season comes down to one game for the Butte Central girls’ basketball team.
The Maroons will head to Corvallis Monday for a Western A Divisional tournament play-in game with the red-hot Blue Devils. Tipoff is 7 p.m. (Radio: KOPR, 94.1 FM or online)
Corvallis placed third in the regular season with a 6-4 Southwestern A record. The Blue Devils (12-6 overall) have won six straight, including Friday’s 54-38 home win over Dillon.
That loss was the first in conference for the regular-season champion Beavers. Dillon and second-place Hamilton earned automatic berths in the divisional tournament in Ronan. Monday’s winner advances to the divisional tournament. The Maroons will play Northwestern A champion Browning at 8 p.m. Thursday if they upset the Blue Devils. (Bracket)

Corvallis swept the regular-season series from the Maroons (1-17, 0-10), winning 35-24 Jan. 18 in Corvallis and 53-39 Feb. 15 in Butte.
Isabel Evans scored 12 points to lead the Blue Devils in the Feb. 15 win. The 6-foot-4 senior post player averages 11.2 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. Madeline Gilder, a 5-10 sophomore guard/post averages 10.3 points and 6.1 boards.
Sophomore Sofee Thatcher averages 8.3 points and 5.0 rebounds per game for the Maroons, who are looking for their first victory since their season-opening win over Whitefish.
Junior Delaney Hasquet adds 6.6 points per game for the Maroons, while senior Emma Keeley scores 4.9 and junior Maddie Kump chips in with 4.4.
Juniors Avery Kelly, Taylor Harrington and Amira Bolton are also contributors for the Maroons, as are senior Breann Williamson, sophomores Brenna Foley and Payton Hartwick and freshmen Brooke Badovinac, Mia Keeley, Maycee Anderson and Hattie Mehring.
