Defending Frontier Conference champion Carroll College is the preseason favorite to win the 2015 football championship in a poll of the league’s coaches.
The coaches’ poll was released today.
Carroll received five first place votes. Defending NAIA national champion Southern Oregon received three first place votes and is picked to finish second followed by Eastern Oregon and Rocky Mountain College. Montana Western is fifth followed by College of Idaho and Montana Tech in a tie for sixth and then MSU-Northern.
Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own teams. First place was worth seven points, second place worth six points, third place worth five points, fourth place worth four points, fifth place worth three points, sixth place worth two points and seventh place worth one point.
