Butte High graduate Jessica Robertson had a successful freshman season on the Dawson Community College softball team in Glendive.
That season was capped when the pitcher was named to the Mon-Dak Athletic Conference all-conference team. Butte native Jim LeProwse, the head coach at Dawson, announced the selection today.
The selection came after Robertson went 11-2 in the regular season to help lead the Buccaneers to the Mon-Dak title and the Region 13 championship. Before heading Dawson, Robertson was a three-year starter at Butte High.
Other Buccaneers named all-conference were Rachel Dillon, Alissa Keeler and McKenzie Bassett.
Dawson went 18-2 in conference to win the Mon-Dak for the fourth straight season. LeProwse, who has been the head coach the last five years, will likely be named the Mon-Dak Coach of the Year for the fourth straight year.
