There is still time to sign-up for the Butte Track Club 2016 track season.

Registration will continue Tuesday, May 24 at 6 p.m. at the Charlie Merrifield Track in Bulldog Memorial Stadium. The kids should come prepared to practice.

Athletes from age 7 to age 18 are welcome to compete. Cost is $80. The registration fee includes a USATF card, entry fees for State and Regional Junior Olympic meets, and a uniform. Scholarships are available.

New USATF members will need to bring their birth certificates to registration.

Practice is every Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Charlie Merrifield Track through the end of June.

The USATF Montana Association Junior Olympic Track & Field championships will be held at the Charlie Merrifield Stadium in Butte June 10-11, Region 11 Junior Olympic championships for Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming are scheduled to be hosted at the MSU Bobcat track & field complex in Bozeman June 23-25.
