Online registration for Butte’s Northwest Little League, Mile High Little League and Copper City Softball Little League are underway.

Players can sign up for Northwest at buttelittleleague.com. An “early bird discount” will be offered to those who sign up before Feb. 22. Registration is available for T-ball (boys/girls 4-6 years old) through baseball (ages 7 to 16).

Also, 12-,13- and 14-year-old players signed up for their regular season division can play Intermediate Baseball (50\70) at no extra cost. That league was not available because of COVID-19 last season.

Players must sign up according to the boundaries in which they reside or in which their school is located.

Northwest boundaries are Grand Avenue to Harrison Avenue and north; west of Harrison Avenue (Ramsay, Rocker, Silver Bow and Fairmont).

Mile High boundaries are south of Grand Avenue to Harrison; East of Harrison Avenue.

Mile High registration is available at at milehighlittleleague.com.

Register for Copper City Softball at coppercitysoftball.com. The girls’ city-wide softball little league is for girls 5 to 16 years of age. Girls of all skill levels, including those new to the sport, are welcome.

For questions or more information, email coppercitylittleleague@gmail.com, visit coppercitysoftball.com or check out the league’s Facebook page.

Families that cannot afford the registration fees for Little League Baseball can apply for T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant. Families in need across the country who can present eligibility in a Free/Reduced Lunch program, SNAP, WIC, Foster Child Paperwork, or enrollment in Medicaid or State Health Plans may be able to receive a grant as long as funding is available.
