The Butte Irish hosted the Bozeman Ice Dogs in front of a full house this past weekend at the Butte Comminuty Ice Center. The Irish kept their win streak alive extending it to 5 as they swept the Ice Dogs including a Saturday Night thriller with a win in shootout fashion.
This Weekend saw goals from Patrick Crooks who had 2 in the opener, Andrew Browe, Carson Streich, Corbin Breen, and Weston Villers all had on goal in their 6-3 victory. Game 2’s shootout victory saw goals from Buttes very own Noah Williamson (1) and Patrick Crooks (1) for a 3-score weekend.
The Irish will again do battle with the Ice Dogs this time over in Bozeman and look to keep their streak alive. We will post updates as they become avaialble.
