GREAT FALLS — Coach Kevin Petritz described Saturday as a “rough day” as the Butte High girls’ soccer team dropped a pair of games at the Great Falls Jamboree.
Butte High fell 5-1 to Missoula Big Sky before dropping a 4-0 decision to Missoula Hellgate. Both games were 60-minutes.
Lexi Kautzman scored Butte High’s lone goal of the game. The goal was unassisted. Petritz praised the play of goalkeeper Payton Carver.
The Bulldogs head back to Great Falls Thursday to take on CMR. The team will play its home opener next Saturday against Great Falls.
