The Butte High boys’ and girls’ basketball teams will give fans a sneak preview of the 2012-13 season when they play in Purple-White scrimmages Friday and Saturday.
The Bulldog girls will scrimmage after school Friday in Butte High’s old gym. The younger players will start at about 3:15, while the varsity and junior varsity will play at about 5.
Butte High’s boys will scrimmage at the Richardson gym, starting at 12:30 p.m. Saturday. The younger players will play first.
The Butte High boys and girls open their season Tuesday night in a doubleheader against Belgrade at the Butte Civic Center.
The Purple-White scrimmages are open to the public.
