BILLINGS — Butte High’s volleyball season came to an end Thursday night in Billings.
Hailey Copinga tallied 13 kills and Aubree Mason collected 19 digs as Billings Skyview beat Butte High 25-19, 25-21, 25-12 in an Eastern AA playoff match. The Falcons advance to the Class AA State tournament.
Carlie Heaffner killed nine to lead the Bulldogs in her final match in Bulldog uniform. Jessie Buckley added eight. Senior Hattie Thatcher chalked up 20 digs in her final Butte High match. Baylee Thatcher dished out 16 assists.
Butte High closed the season at 9-15 overall.
