MISSOULA — Four Bulldogs scored in double figures Tuesday night, and the Butte High girls’ basketball team rolled to a 68-35 non-conference win over Missoula Big Sky
The lopsided victory evened Butte High’s season record at 1-1.
Aspen Lovshin scored 17 points to lead the Bulldogs, who broke the game open with an 18-8 run in the second quarter. Butte High led 35-19 at halftime and 47-25 after three quarters.
Ally Cleverly added 16 points for Butte High, while Haley Herron scored 13, and Brittney Tierney sank three 3-pointers and tossed in 11. The Bulldogs also got six points from Makenna Carpenter, three from MacKenzie Tutty and two from McCaul McCarthy.
Chasity Foote scored eight to lead the Eagles. Corbyn Sandau and Avari Batt each scored six.
Butte High is back in action next Tuesday when they head to Helena for a non-conference tilt with Capital High.
