KALISPELL — Butte High’s boys’ track team picked up another dual victory Saturday, topping Kalispell Flathead 60-48 in a Western AA dual.

Eight boys and three girls posted at least one individual victory to highlight the day for the Bulldogs.
Tanner Huff continued his strong senior season with wins in the 100- and 200-meter races. He won the 100 with a personal-best time of 11.08 seconds. He finished the 200 in 22.55.
Other Butte High boys to grab wins were Ethan Wroblewski, Morgan McClernan, D.J. Jackson, Tucker LeProwse, Jonas Sherman, Brennen Blume and Ryan Neil.
Wroblewski won the 1,600-meter race with a personal-best time of 4:58.14. McClernan also posted a PR, winning the 110-meter hurdles in 16.54 seconds.
Jackson topped the field in the shot put with a personal-best mark of 44-5 ½. Tucker LeProwse won the javelin with a big throw of 152-2.
Sherman cleared 6 feet for the first time to match teammate Cameron Gurnsey in the high jump. Sherman won on jumps, forcing Gurnsey to settle for second.
Blume, a senior transfer from Anaconda, had a huge jump in the pole vault, clearing 14 feet, 1 inch for the victory. Neil jumped 20-7 ¼ to win the long jump.
Butte High also swept victories in the relays. Cole Worley, Dylan Snyder, Holt Downey and Neil ran the 400-meter relay, whole Colton Case, Neil, Cole Stewart and Downey each ran a leg of the 1,600-meter relay.
Bulldog boys to post second-place finishers were Zach Merrifield (100), Ryan Tomich (3,200), Downey (110 hurdles), Hunter Hotalen (discus), Casey Kautzman (javelin) and Jaric Sparks (pole vault). Butte boys to finish third were Cameron Tobiness (triple jump), Snyder (long jump), Connor Konda (pole vault) and Dawson Roesti (discus).
On the girls’ side, Anna Trudnowski added two more victories to her strong senior season. She won the 400 in 1:00.08 and jumped 35-8 ½ to win the triple jump.
Junior Mollee Conlan and senior Taylinn Garrett added victories for Butte High.
Conlan won the 100 with a time of 12.97. She also took third in the 200. Garrett jumped 16-3 ½ to win the long jump.
Freshman Harlee Muffich placed second in the discus and fourth in the shot put. Other Bulldog girls with second-place performances were Hailey Nielson (800), Allyson Mueller (javelin) and Kandel Kovnesky (pole vault).
The Bulldogs will return home to the Charlie Merrifield Track for a dual with Missoula Big Sky on Thursday.
