The Broncs (18-3) beat BC 54-52 in a thriller last Saturday in the Southwestern A District championship game at the Maroon Activities Center.
Carson Rostad scored 14 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the Broncs, who outscored Dillon 15-5 in the fourth quarter to break open a close game. Hunter Omlid scored 11 points, while Tyler Barnes tossed in 10.
Justus Peterson’s 14 points led Dillon (16-8). Jace Fitzgerald scored 11 for the Beavers, who will lay Frenchtown in an 11 a.m. game Saturday at the Hamilton Middle School. The winner of that game goes the third-place game and books a trip to state.
