Bradshaw, Connors conquer Boston

BOSTON — A pair of Butte runners completed the 118th running of the Boston Marathon in impressive times today.

Bryan Bradshaw and Ted Connors completed the 26.2-mile course in less than 3 hours, 20 minutes.

Bradshaw, a regular runner of the Boston Marathon, finished in 3:04:15.  Bradshaw, 46, also ran Boston last year, finishing well ahead of the finish-line bombings.

He placed 270th in the male 45-49 age group and 3,088th place overall out of more than 36,000 runners.

Connors, 48, finished in 3:18:57, good for 785th place in his age group. He placed 6,183rd overall.

Meb Keflezighi of the United States won the race in 2:08:37.
