BOZEMAN — The regular season closed in unceremonious fashion for the Bulldogs on a windy Thursday night.
Bozeman swept the Bulldogs on the pitch. The Hawks won the boys’ match 5-0 before completing the sweep with a 4-0 win in the girls’ match.
Kyle Vanderwall scored a pair of goals to lead the Bozeman boys. Dovas Rackauskas, Freddy Vasquez and John Wells added goals for Bozeman, which outshot Butte High 22-0.
Nah Johnson tallied 13 saves in net for Butte High, which fell to 1-10-1.
In the girls’ match, Averie Collins, Elizabeth Swoboda, Cydney Martin and Terra Sharp scored to pace the Hawks. Butte High goalkeeper Taylor Lovell collected 13 saves.
Butte High finished the regular season at 0-11-1.
