Box Elder stays perfect, tops Drummond

Four members of the Box Elder boys’ basketball team scored in double figures Thrusday as the Bears improved to 24-0 with an 88-60 win over Drummond in the first round of the Class C boys’ basketball tournament the Butte Civic Center.

Randall Gardipee’s 20 points led the way. Clayton Morsette Jr. scored 17, while Jerrod Four Colors tossed in 16 and Lonni Plain Bull Jr. netted 13.

The Bears will play Fairview in tomorrow’s 6:30 p.m. semifinal game. Bracket

Kevin Oberweiser scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Trojans (21-5), who play Wibaux in Friday’s 12:30 p.m. loser-out game. Danny Mannix scored 13, and Joseph Parke netted nine.
