The Butte Blizzard lacrosse team showed marked improvement as it took the field for the second time this season Saturday.

Unfortunately for the Butte boys, it was not enough to pick up a victory on the Dahlberg Field at West Elementary. Butte fell 10-1 to Bozeman Red before dropping a 6-3 battle to Bozeman Blue.

Adam Miller found the net to score Butte’s lone goal in the opener. Isen Padbury, Kyler Kukay and Kale Anzik scored in the second game.

The Blizzard continue their home stand Sunday with an 11 a.m. match against East Helena.
