BC’s Fisher still alive at Cowboy Invitational

MILES CITY — Butte Central 126-pound wrestler Clay Fisher is still battling at the 60th Annual Cowboy Invitational.

Fisher advanced to the quarterfinals before heading to the consolation bracket, where he will wrestle again Saturday morning.

In all, four Maroons made the trip across the state for the tournament. Roy Russell (103 pounds), Joey Mulcahy (113) and Cale Stillwagon (138) all bowed out on Friday.

The Maroons scored 17 points, which is good for 23rd place. Sidney tops the team standings at 152. Billings Skyview is a distant second at 116.5.
