Tickets for the 100th anniversary celebration of Butte Central athletics are now available at the Butte Central Foundation office. The Maroons will celebrate the milestone with two days of events this July.
The centennial celebration of Butte Central athletics will begin on Tuesday, July 15 with a social at the Knights of Columbus Hall. The general public is welcome to this no-host event.
Wednesday, July 16, the annual McArthur-O’Brien golf tournament will be held at Fairmont Hot Springs. The event starts at 9 a.m. and has a tournament-limit for 120 golfers.
Wednesday evening, Butte Central will hold a banquet at the Maroon Activities Center. The event begins with a cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m. The banquet will honor student-athletes from every generation over the past 100 years. The committee organizing the event is currently lining up speakers for the event.
Tickets can be purchased at the Butte Central Foundation office by calling 723-6706. The office will also take reservations for participation in the golf tournament.
