The Belgrade Bandits B worked late into the night to beat the Butte Muckers Saturday.
Belgrade scored four runs in the fifth and four more in the sixth to pull away for a 13-4 win over Butte on Miners Field at 3 Legends Stadium. (Boxscore)
The game, which was called after six innings by the time limit, was the night cap of the Muckers tournament, which was delayed more than 2 hours by rain.
Trenton Neill and Josh Arrants each went 2 for 4 for a double and two RBIs the Bandits. Arrants also pitched five and two thirds inning to get the win, striking out six.
Derek Dunmire and Colby Gordon doubled to lead the Muckers. Dunmire added a single, and Jacob Tauscher poked two singles. Tyler Duffy also added a hit for Butte.
The Muckers will play Anaconda at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
