Balanced Lights blind Tech men

HAVRE — Five MSU-Northern players scored in double figures Friday night as the Lights topped Montana Tech 82-68 in a Frontier Conference game.

Jesse Vaughn and Alfie Miller each scored 19 points to lead the way for the No. 12-ranked Lights, who improved to 17-3 overall and 5-1 in conference. Roshawn West, Devin Jackson and Corbin Pearson each scored 12 points in the win.

Adam Greger had a big night for the Orediggers, scoring 20 points and grabbing nine rebounds. Brandon Rydberg tossed in 16 points, while Daniel Simon scored 15 points and grabbed six boards.

Also, Bryan Bock scored nine points for Tech, which fell to 11-9 and 2-4.

The road doesn’t get much easier for the Orediggers, who play at the University of Great Falls Saturday night.
