Baker gets second win in Game 2

BREMERTON, Wash. — Butte’s Bryon Baker was the winning pitcher for the second straight night Saturday as the Kitsap BlueJackets opened the West Coast League schedule with two straight wins.

Baker entered the game in the ninth inning with two out and the BlueJackets trailing 8-6. He pitched the 10th and 11th innings of the BlueJacket’s 10-9 win.

For the second straight night, the former Butte Miner and MSU Billings sophomore, struck out the “burrito batter,” winning every spectator a burrito as part of an in-game promotion.
