Brett Badovinac made it a perfect half dozen Sunday at the Elks.
The Butte handball player won the 35th Annual Bill Ryan and Al Bersanti Memorial Handball Tournament.
The win gives Badovinac, the reigning Montana state singles champion, his sixth straight title in the tournament. He has won the event eight times overall.
Badovinac beat Les Seago of Emigrant 21-16, 21-18 in the championship match. He topped Butte’s Mike Hitchcock in the semifinals on Saturday. Seago beat Don Foley of Butte in a tiebreaker in the other semifinal.
Foley beat Hitchcock to claim third place.
East Helena’s John Larson won the A division and Mike Myer of Billings won the open consolation.
