Philadelphia Eagles safety and special teams ace Colt Anderson was featured in a story in the Press of Atlantic City before Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
“Special teams is just an attitude,” Anderson was quoted as saying in the story. “You’ve got to have the right attitude. A lot of people have the physical talent to play, but you’ve got to have a good football I.Q. and confidence. Special teams has a lot to do with confidence. You have to go out there expecting to win your one-on-one battles on every play. You have to do whatever it takes to help your team win games.”
The story also quotes some Anderson teammates and special teams coordinator Bobby April. Anderson returned to action after missing last week with a knee injury.
The same publication listed the former Butte High and University of Montana star No. 1 in a list of five Eagles to watch during the game.
