This week’s Butte Sports Athlete of the Week sponsored by Lube Dude of Montana is none other than Tocher Lee of the Butte High Bulldogs.
Tocher has been playing great this year especially on defense, it seems every week the young man who is also a sharpshooter on the hardwood is making game changing plays week in and week out.
Friday night was more of the same for Tocher, he made huge impacts in every phase of the game. He had 85 all-purpose yards and when we say all-purpose, we mean any way you could gain yards in a football game, Lee found a way to get those yards Friday against Missoula.
Tocher threw a pass to Sam Sampson for 38 yards to get his night started, he picked off Riley Allen in the second half returning it 24 yards setting up the Bulldogs to tie the game, he returned a huge punt late in the 4th quarter inside the 10-yard letting setting his team up to score yet again.
The junior utility man has been making impact plays all year and his competitive nature is bar none, congratulations to Tocher he earned it, keep playing hard Butte is proud of you.
