Anderson registers three solo tackles in Colts win

ST. LOUIS — Former Butte High Bulldog and Montana Grizzly Colt Anderson made three solo tackles in the Indianapolis Colts’ 24-14 preseason win over the St. Louis Rams Saturday night in front of a small crowd at the Edward Jones Dome.

Two of Anderson’s tackles came while he was playing safety. One came on a punt.

Anderson is entering his second season as a special teams ace for the Colts. He spent the previous four seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Colts close out the preseason at home Thursday against Cincinnati. Indianapolis opens the regular season Sept. 13 at Buffalo.
