Colt Anderson will likely get his second NFL start at safety tonight when the Philadelphia Eagles play the Cincinnati Bengals at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, the team’s website reports.
The game is scheduled for 6:20 p.m. (Mountain time) and will be televised by the NFL Network.
Anderson was officially credited with eight tackles Sunday as the Eagles stopped an eight-game losing streak with a 23-21 win at Tampa Bay. The game marked the first NFL start at safety for Anderson, who has earned a reputation as a fearless special teams player.
The Eagles’ website featured the first start for the former Butte High Bulldog and Montana Grizzly and his return after last year’s ACL tear.
Anderson is also on the Pro Bowl ballot. Click here to vote for Anderson.
