Bozeman/Ennis/Butte Central at Butte High, 3:15 p.m.
Butte High and Butte Central will be among the teams competing in Tuesday’s meet at Bulldog Memorial Stadium.
The meet will be the first since the Bulldogs and Maroons competed on the Charlie Merrifield Track against Dillon, Ennis and the three Missoula Class AA schools last Tuesday. Ennis and Bozeman are also scheduled to run.
Bozeman at Butte High, 4 p.m.
The Bulldogs (4-4, 2-1) will look to build on Saturday’s sweep of Billings Senior when they welcome the Hawks to Field 1 at Stodden Park for an Eastern AA game.
Bulldog first baseman Brianna Ossello hit a grand slam in Game 1 Saturday, while catcher Emma Cox drove in four runs to lead the Bulldogs in Game 2. Kaidy McClafferty pitched the distance in both wins.
Belgrade at Butte Central, 4 p.m.
It’s been a long 10 days for the Butte Central softball team.
The Maroons (1-2, 0-1) will play for the first time since their April 8 loss to Hamilton when they take on the Panthers in a Southwestern A game on Field 2 at Stodden Park. Last time out, BC was no-hit in a 16-0 loss to the Broncs.
BC played that game without injured pitcher Kloie Thatcher. She is expected back Tuesday.
