Butte High’s football program will hold three camps at Naranche Stadium during the month of June. A camp ninth graders (heading into next school year) will be held June 4-8 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. each day. A camp for players entering 10th through 12th grade also runs June 4-8 from 3:30 p.m. each day. Cost for the ninth and 10-through-12 camps is $60, and a family discount is available. A camp for players entering fourth through eighth grade will run June 25-27 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. each day. (Note: the time was changed after the camp was first announced.) Montana Tech’s football team will host several camps this summer. The 8-man team-camp will run June 8-10, while the 11-man team camp goes June 12-14. The Elite Camp is June 22, and the Little Guy Champ camp. Click here for more information and registration forms.

Butte High’s Next Level Boys’ Basketball Camp has been set for June 11-14 at the Richardson Gym. The camp is for players entering kindergarten through 12th grade next school year. Cost is $60 for players kindergarten through sixth grade and $120 for older players. Every younger sibling is half price. Click here for more information and a registration form.

The Butte Central Boys’ Basketball Camp will be held June 25-28 at the Maroon Activities Center. The camp is for boys entering grades three through eight next school year. It will run from noon to 3 p.m. each day. BC’s coaching staff and players will conduct the camp, which will focus on fundamentals and competition. Cost is $70. Butte High’s girls’ basketball program will host a Midwest Elite Basketball Camp June 18-22. MEB is in its 13th year providing basketball camps across the country. The camp, which is open to boys and girls, staff is made up of current and former college coaches as well as select college players. The camp includes options of attending one or all days. Butte Central’s Heart & Hustle “Never Give Up” Basketball Camp will be held July 9-11 at the Maroon Activities Center. A camp for girls entering first through fourth grade will run from 9-11:30 a.m. each day. The camp for girls entering fifth through 12th grade will go from 6 to 9 p.m.

The Southwest Montana Basketball Academy hosted by Quinn Peoples will return to the Maroon Activities Center this summer. Four weeks of group skills training begins the week of June 16. Individual one-on-one training will also be available.

Peoples is a four-year starter at MSU-Billings, an NCAA Division II basketball program. Before that, she helped lead the Butte Central Maroons to the 20011 Class A state championship. She was also an assistant coach of the BC state championship team in 2016, when Peoples was named the MHSA Assistant Coach of the Year. Click here for more information.

Butte High’s Mile High Wrestling Camp will be held July 25-27 at the Bulldog wrestling room. The camp is open for wrestlers 5 years old through high school. Wrestlers 5-8 will go from 8:30 to 10 a.m. each day, while older wrestlers will camp from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Camp clinicians included the Butte High coaching staff, Bryon Hallock of Glasgow, Butte Sports Hall of Famer Mark Johnston and more. The Butte High soccer program will host the 2018 Mile High Soccer Camp July 23-26 at the Jeremy Bullock Soccer Complex. The camp, which will be conducted by the Butte High boys’ and girls’ coaching staffs, is for boys and girls entering kindergarten through 12th grade in the fall. The camp will run from 8 to 11 a.m. for high school players and from 5:15-8:15 p.m. for players entering kindergarten through eighth grade. The Butte High volleyball program has set a pair of summer camps at the high school. The Lil’ Dog Camp will be held June 4-6 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. each day. That camp is for players entering third through eighth grades next school year.

The Butte High School Skills Camp will run July 16-18 at the high school. That camp is for players entering ninth through 12th grades. It will run from 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. each day.

The Montana Tech women’s basketball program will host an elite basketball camp for high school players June 15-16. The Tech basketball and volleyball teams will also host the 27th Annual Girls Sport Camp June 11-14. Click here for more information and registration forms.

The Montana Western Lady Bulldog Basketball Camp will be held June 18-21 in Dillon. The The camp is open to any girl entering grades 4-12 in the fall. Click here for more information and an registration form.

The Butte Blizzard Lacrosse high school program will hold a camp June 11-12 at Swede Dahlberg Field at West Elementary School. The camp is for boys entering grades seven through 12 in the fall. It will run from 6 to 8 p.m. each day.

The Blizzard coaching staff, along with former and current Blizzard players, will provide each athlete fundamentals of stick skills, shooting, passing, offensive and defensive positions, sportsmanship and rules of the game. Players of all skill levels are welcome. Cost is $40, and each additional sibling is just $5. Click here for more information and a registration form.

The Butte Tennis Association and the Butte-Silver Bow Parks and Recreation will host summer tennis camps at Father Sheehan Park. The cams are four youth, teen and adult players. Learn to play the game or brush up on your stroke. The camps will run June 11-14, July 9-12 and Aug. 6-9 Cost is $35, and that includes a T-shirt and a BTA membership. Adult lessons and workouts will also be held in conjunction with the summer tennis program.

The City youth tennis tournament will run June 18-21. The City adult tennis tournament will run July 15-18. The dates for the City adult mixed doubles tournament will be announced at a later date. Click here for a registration form and more information.
