Ariel Beck gets crack at The Ultimate Fighter

Butte fighter Ariel Beck has qualified to be part of The Ultimate Fighter 26 on FOX Sports 1.

The Deer Lodge native will be one of 16 of the best 125-pound women fighters in mixed martial arts competing for a UFC contract in the reality television show that premiers Aug. 30.

Lightweight contenders Eddie Alvarez and Justin Gaethje will coach the contestants. At the end of the twelfth and final episode, two remaining fighters will compete in the live finale to determine the inaugural UFC flyweight champion.

Beck turned professional a few years ago. She currently has fighting contracts with Legacy Fighting Alliance and Invicta Fighting Championship.
